I understand that some of the tourist using these vehicles are covering some of those filthy messages.

They are actually a standalone unit, run on four AA batteries for over 12 months. The ones we have use a keypad with a code of your choice, you can also have several different codes as well as a temporary one for a tradesman.
One button push to lock and a 4 or 6 digit code to unlock.
Also have a remote with integral key.

Had a great day over at Mannum on the home of Bruce & Wendy along with Helen & Paul, Terry and a new forum member Ivan (ooops! or Erich?) and of course George & myself. Had a great BBQ up river, then a smooth ride back to the Marina then home. Thanks everyone it was a fantastic day
