I'll have to show Jerry that one, he can't decide if he wants a caravan or another house boat.... and just how much use he'd get out of either. So a slide-on for his ute and pontoons he could remove as well and he has all the bases covered

Back in Mannum again after a rather long drawn out saga getting the truck registered and getting dragged into doing house stuff while I was waiting. I removed all the solar panels and the complete solar hot water system, bought a second hot water tank and installed that in its place.... looks simpler so it shouldn't scare off potential buyers.
This has produced another problem, the hollow tube solar water heater and one of the solar panel arrays where mounted over the smoke coloured sheeting that allowed a bit of light in but acted as a safety shield, Brian was on the verandah roof cleaning up the leaves etc and it appears he stepped backwards and went through the plastic sheeting. Margaret heard the noise and Brian was flat on his back on the brick floor of the verandah. Ambulance attended, carted him off to hospital and they are keeping him over night just to be sure. He has a very large egg on the top of his head and Margaret was told he has slight bruising to the brain, so fingers crossed all comes out well. Apparently he has lost skin off his toes and feet, that would have had to be a solid impact to even make a mark so to actually get some skin off his feet......
