Houseboat names

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

It's not a floating bordello is it Bruce? There is a phone number on the side above the name. Or do you think that maybe it is just available for hire.
That's one of the things on my bucket list - to spent a season floating up and down the Murray on a houseboat.
Cheers

Yes, it is for hire.
I sure you're not going to hire one for that season David? Most are around $3,000 for either a 3 day weekend or 4 day week hire.
Ofcourse you & Terrie wouldn't need or want the 4 bedrooms either unless you're really going to play games!!!
There are only a few smaller ones for hire.
Elfin would suit you nicely.
Tell Peter I sent you & ask for 2 monthly rate? lol

You could always adopt Brian's plan (Homeless) he wants us to buy a house boat in the upper Murray area and he will deliver it to Mannum  Not bad work if you can get it eh, so offer your fine Murray navigating skills for hire to do a deliver of a boat in either direction.... all expenses paid of course 8-)

Or was it the bordello side of things you were looking at hiring for a season?

I do like Brian's idea.
The bordello thing might have been a good idea about 10 years ago, but now it's just another memory, or was that a thoughty. Apparently old farts are still allowed to have them.

Sorry to disappoint you Dot. Thoughties. :?: :?: It sort of like ........ no it's not.  I haven't been to a bordello since before Richmond last won a grand final....I think  .

I would still like to cruise up and down the Murray for a while. Maybe I could swap a motorhome for a houseboat for 6 months or so. Now who do I know that owns a houseboat. :D
Cheers
