I found that my Sterling Battery to Battery charger is not working, it starts up, runs for 2 minuites, ligt comesopn saying that the starter battery is low (which is incorrect), then after another 2 minutes it shuts down.

George is that when you are driving or sitting at idle?
Obviously you checked all connections and correct sized wires.

Couldn't possibly happen, just ask Ian (Powerstream), you must be doing something wrong

Everything checked Bruce, fast idle 29V 30A from alternator, start battery at 27V prior to starting B-B. Spoke to Ian and will speak to him again this arvo with all info. He said he will contact Sterling on my behalf.

 Bought 1 x mc4 connector for $2.50 off eBay, when it arrived it was in a special cardboard envelope with $2 in stamps on it. Can't be much profit on that

Sent nearly all day chasing a low air pressure switch for the truck, finally found one I could adapt for the job where the truck block said he'd already check..... right next door to his yard   Then off for a weigh bridge ticket... in the mth it's sat there it's put on a Tonne, talk about getting fat and lazy. The last min dash to Service NSW and we now have rego plates, just no truck yet, hopefully in the morning, so now 4 days behind schedule and counting :x It's not like it sat in his yard for the last mth or more
