"tanks" here ---
I had a great birthday in Wyalkatchem with surprise visits from the 'kids' from Perth who brought fresh king/tiger prawns and other goodies for the event. W.A. also turned on a public holiday. I am now officially 78 years of age as from Saturday.
My solicitor served an application for default judgement against United Fuel Injection on Friday as they did not respond with a notice to defend within the allowed time.
I now await a date of hearing with the registrar of the court. When I get all of this behind me I will be on the road heading to Lake Elphinstone to meet up with the forum gathering.
I am still unsure if I will make it as it all depends on the forthcoming hearing date. I hope this settles soon as almost one year has elapsed since the [first] engine was damage on 28th July last year.
Thanks for your Birthday Wishes.
Keith.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

Congratulations on your recent birthday Tanks!
I guess it's a simple procedure to finish of the process through courts unless they declare bankrupt? Been known to be done before!
