Keith, hope your birthday was a goodun and that you get he result that you are hoping for in the court case. Justice with a few extra dollars your way for the inconvenience and stress would be fair.
Dot, you have been a real social butterfly with forumites, go girl.
Phil, have a safe trip back to sodden NSW. If Newy isn't your home town, I can forgive you for your desertion. SA is a lovely place and apparently some really great people live there too. May I wish you and Anne well? Hope the new home and the move give you a lot of pleasure.
Deborah

Dot we been entertaining again.
Won't go into detail but I think we've cheered her up a little bit.
Not good weather for much outside though. Was going to go & help empty the truck but might wait for sunny day & ask when it suits.

Curled up under a blanket trying to get rid of our colds before we head off plus its pouting rain so what else is there to do.

Cheers Ros.

Worked like flogged red headed stepchild trying to get this caravan finished as the next job is in the front yard now. I started at 4 this morning thinking I'd have it done by lunch time, it's now 10pm and it still has more to do. For a quality name brand van the wiring is atrocious, no wonder it kept killing batteries. That's the only problem with having a conscience, I couldn't just send them off on the trip up the centre knowing they would still have charging problems.

Terry, I have been to the jayco factory and watched the production line at work. It is amazing that so many vans have no mistakes in them. We only hear of the rare faulty ones. The fact that the fault is electrical is rather scary. We sold our Avan, because we had several sparkies trying to fix it, but it blew a big battery every year. We never really found out why, but have spoken to many avan owners , especially the erin pop top models, and heard many similar stories. Keep smiling, you will get the job done,
Deborah
