Just had "Pet-els" the 5'er, annual service done at "Travelhome" Caves Beach.
Wheel bearings checked [and replaced], tyres rotated, My flashing tail light problem [since new] was corrected [fitted load resister], fully installed new "Projecta" battery charger. Underneath chassis all checked for cracks etc all OK, changed drinking water filter. Removed rear window and resealed as it was leaking.
Fitted two 200w solar panels, [now 880w on roof] ran out of real estate so have 1 x 200w left over [for sale $200], even checked if my 2000w inverter was working. Van to be washed in the morning.
New showroom to be opened by Christmas [5'ers and Delta Craft boats].

Re: pet-els service
Must be nearly time for a battery upgrade then Peter
Don't know why hey couldn't get all the panels on the roof, we have done a few caravans now with 1,000w of solar and they all had room for more yet less real estate to play with than the 5ér has, maybe they weren't economical with he spacig or tried to fit big panels instead of smaller ones .
