Rain is pelting down once again
. We left the air con on when we left to go to town this morning (for the little dog we are looking after & or course Brian)
I saw the oral surgeon that my usual OS sent me to and he was the most lovely man/Dr we have met in a long time, he even bulk billed me
After I poked my tongue out at him he gave me a pretty good report and see him in 3 mths unless I notice any changes. Back to the city for the 10am court appearance (trial) for the naughty man. Fingers crossed please everyone. Trial is set down for 10 days but hoping IT changes plea to guilty and saves time & $$ on the scum bag. then we can head Nth

We (CCS & us) are heading sth to Bedford Weir to wait for you Dot. Staying here until after Census, then probably German Ck for a couple of nights then a bit trip of 100 k to Bedford. Probably be there about Sat-Sun. Big decisions!!!!!!!
Time is passing too quickly so live life to the full with your spouse/partner while you still have she/he by your side.

Re: Banal .. Open to any topic on and off topics etc
Our TV & radio in the van quit working a few days ago but didn't worry about it at the time.
This morning Bobr came over with his trusty meter thingy & checked the 6 fuses in the cupboard under the folding table.
All good.
Next tested the 12v socket the TV plugs into - no power.
Then we dropped the exhaust hood to check what wires were up there, what a shemozzle. The TV socket is on the FLHS inner wall so we checked for access to that. Nope, nuthin doin there. Then, as the little light near the step was on the outer of that wall we pulled that apart hoping to get access to the back of the 12 socket. Nope.
So it was back to the wiring mess above the exhaust hood. Bob located what he thought was a possible & traced it up higher still to a fuse block, checked that fuse, ok but what a stupid place to put fuses, out of sight & almost out of reach.
But still no luck.
Then he checked the 12v cigarette type plug on the end of the TV cable & ... voila, there was the problem, but it blew 3 x 10amp fuses in the process.
Now it's all fixed.
Thanks very much to Bobr & Bruce of the Kay'n'Bruce fame.
