A person may fail many times, they only become a failure when they blame someone else John Burrows

Dot, What are you going to do to make T1's leg roar???Dot wrote:bastard:) wait till we meet again, your leg will be red roar!!!! anyway I am having fun up here in the warm so there ha ha suck that up.
T1, I can't remember if I put it in the back of the Mazda or into the trailer, but I know it was one or the other. Most likely the trailer with the not very well Mazda rim in it. It is a white box about 200 x 150 x 30mm, with 'for Dot' written on it. Inside the box is a Fuji RFI filter. It is plain aluminium looking thingo with a black and white label, with 3 wires sticking out. Maybe it's on the highway, somewhere between Taggerty and the Gong. I will keep my eyes open for what's on the side of the road when I come down next Easter.
Cheers

Don't know where to post this so I'll put it here till someone knows where it should be ?, and you think I'm not confused
I bought a box of military piece's at a deceased estate last Friday , and a cuppla piece's I'm not familiar with .
The first has two what looks like as crossed trumpets' and two propellers ? Sorry if I have them upside down .
The second is I think just trench art built on 20mm shell casings in the form of sailboats.?
Anyone know anything about these ?
Bernie .

They appear to be 'crossed trumpets' insignia. BArmy piper insignia most likely.
The propeller insignia should help identify the RAAF member.

The sailboats about 3 "x 41/4" Dot . The bugles about 1"1/4 x 2" . The shells they are sitting on (boats) are marked 1942 .
Thanks George . My mistake .
Nothing on the props Jon .
