Norman, Glad to hear you made it down to the cooler area safe and ?? sound :) Would you believe there is a genny running it's ring out not too far from us! the woman is doing her washing! this same woman gets up at times such as 4am, thrashes visitors at a Klop game, cooking all the time (yummo) but this very same woman forgets some things, but this is not for open forum, that is for around the camp fire..:)

Dot did the explanation in the previous post.

I think the pic is connected to Dot's previous post. If that little white ute is a 4wd then someone needs to teach her how to engage 4wd and maybe put the front hubs in. Bit hard to tell from the photo. But then again being bogged is a great way to meet new and interesting people. Someone will always help out. Well done Chuck, George, Bruce.
Cheers

I guessed it was being towed backwards, the Blue Ute, no hub locks.

It was a 2WD blue ute.

  many many years ago. Another forum member arrived this arvo after doing their usual detour (you know who I mean Norman) ;) Anyway todays news G went to Dr and got drugs, we got back for a cheesecake for afternoon tea, then the Clop game came out and guess what?? I won :D :D and G got 3rd :D :D And the best bit of stupidity belongs to a caravanner that left his pig stove thingy going unattended and next thing there is a fire getting a hold in the grass.. All hands on deck, got it out but it could have been very nasty. Bruce and Chuck don't need to shave or wax their hairy legs for a while now as all their hair got singed off while fighting the fire..Lots of laughs here at thee Bedford weir.

Lucky you stayed out away from the fire front Dottie, a flash blaze up the legs and the onto.... the gorilla pits and there would have been two fire fronts to contain.... you thought you were going to get the chance send me a letter didn't you
As for the first bit.... are you sure your memory is that good Dottie ;) :P

I did go fire fighting as a matter of fact but I had my long pants on and I was using Bruce's long handled shovel plus I gave G's razor a work out yesterday :) :)

I missed all this excitement! Was on the bed reading & heard-saw not a thing. Maybe excitement the wrong word- b----y stupidy. asked Bruce what he said to the person as I can imagine how furious he was. Chuck never even grabbed a hat so rather sunburnt last night & Bruce looked as though he had been burning cane again.
