KTA - just a matter of time...

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

KTA - just a matter of time...

Post by Greynomad »

Well,
When Allianz took over Ken Tame & Associates I think most if us knew it was the writing on the wall for helpful , personal service.
I'm stuck in Perth Hospital. The Drs have told me I'm ready for discharge to fly back to Albury.
Problem is, we don't know what's happening with the Motorhome & toad.
It was 26 August that we first contacted KTA. I have just got off the phone to Mark, who was very short with me, and was only able to tell me he knows nothing. He's waiting for the trucking company to call him, and without actually saying it, I got the distinct impression he thought I was being a right PIA.
A distinct contrast to the friendly help we used to get with the now-retired Gary.
Where are you when we need you, Ken?
Regards & God bless,
Ray

That is disgusting Ray. Do not get discharged until KT has been more definite.. As a matter of protest I would not be going anywhere and personally I don't think you are able to travel right now..

Hmm... & we were just considering changing over to KT after the recent hard times NRMA gave us with our leaking roof - which ended up being caused by a solar panel being riveted to the roof!

Might just hang off for a bit & look around some more. :?

Chuck,
Is yours a manufactured mh or a conversion?
If it's manufactured as a mh then Avida RV club has a policy to cover you.
Conversions not covered, unfortunately.

It not what I would expect. If it happened to me, I would be talking to Ken Tame personally.

Have had no problems with our KTI cover, a pity if they lose business because of your experience.

Chuck, check with CIL, they seem to be much cheaper than KT now and offer very similar policy features. The guy we bought our Winny off reckons they are very easy to deal with, but he was only making windscreen claims.
