Very interesting, the cold air will pour out as soon as the door is opened. Probably no different from a standard frigde, but just looks like it will.

What was the problem with the E 249T? our unit has been running from solar for quite some time and travelled from Lake Illawarra to Mannum on a trailer and still works fine, so they can handle bouncing around

So, Martin, let me get this right.

You want a really big freezer to fit is a skinny hole? Something doesn't add up.

Fridge freezer combo. We have the 175l vitrifigo with the freezer on top and fridge on bottom. Can sacrifice the drawer beliw, and the microwave on top if needed to fit new fridge, though prefer to keep microwave. We actually do use it.
