Ummmm........ Can't say I even noticed George, I didn't take any notice of the 3 trees up the side of the drive either But there is a full green from lawn that has now turned into a flower garden, not sure what those broad leaf plants with the yellow flower is but they seem to be the majority of the lawn, they aren't dandelions, these have a flower with a black centre and a ring of yellow petals.... a definite weed but at least they are green

G'day the bluetongue has left his winter retreat and heded back outside we think, haven't seen him for quite a while. We now have 3 at least bird nests in the roof, buggered if I know how we are going to get rid of them, it's a long way up

Sounds like Cape Weed. Not very good for traction. Even worse if it is damp. I think that there is a grub that eats that too.
