Monitors & Prefects.

When I was in primary school we had Monitors - they wore a bright coloured arm band & were the Teachers 'helpers'.... pffft!

Whilst in High School there were the Prefects -snotty nosed little shits with 'PREFECT' - misspelled PERFECT - badges on their jackets or ties - that made sure you obeyed the rules & dobbed you in if you didn't do what you were supposed to or had the temerity to question them.

I just thought we had one here...
