Nope they did not turn up so been to Mount Barker for Aldi battery tool specials HAHA then back and doing some work on the boat. Clothes line on rear and then some shelfs in the built ins and designing a pull out spice rack / storage area in the kitchen/wheel house.
Still windy so not very active and still got that niggle slowing me down.

Hi Brian, pleased it all went through & that you now have your houseboat. MrsTea & I will drop by one day .... when I finish the shed project & she gives up work. Hope the hospital visit is one that will soon be forgotten. All the best old friend.

No worries Cuppa anytime you like you are welcome.
Hospital is just part of it, the acid feeling down the old fella 24 hours for a week will certainly be remembered.

Hey Brian,
When you start tossing tools from the shed, I hope you'll give us forumites first dibs.

Might be worth a visit to SA again... when I'm back on 2 feet unassisted....
PS: Seeing as you've updated your avatar, perhaps you should update your User Info to reflect your aquatic location...

Re: Brian (Homeless) & his Houseboat
Thanks for the invitation Brian.
Problem at the moment is I'm tied to a walking frame. So it's impossible to get up the steps into Girt... the steps I fell down when I broke the R Femur.

As soon as I'm free of the walker, we'll be off like a shot for a mid-week weekend (if you follow that!) somewhere other than Rutherglen. We both have itchy feet which can't be scratched right now...
Pity about the tools. Maybe you could sneak some out late on a dark moonless night...
Oh, and happy birthday for Thursday or whenever-it-is/was!
