Yes thankfully, but we want Lexan Thermoclear rather than the corrugated plastic stuff that shatters after a few yrs, so the only choice was to take the money and provide the labour and extra $$ to get what we wanted. Brian has been banned from the roof area after his last skylight diving adventures so it looks like it will just be the 3 of us, me, myself and I

Tomorrow we were going to go to the op shop's AGM but decided we don't need their crap in our lives any more so we decided to go to the District Court and hear the summing up of the cases we have been following now for a very long time, Hopefully tomorrow shall herald the end for the creep involved.

Barboots wrote:Thanks for your support Terry. Irrespective of whatever grief had occurred in the past between you and the sAdmin there... don't know, don't care... diminishing the valuable content of a resource in that fashion is a poor decision. As far as I'm concerned, mentioning T1 in connection with Lithium is exactly the same as referring Safety Dave for a reversing camera. Though the difference is that his supply is overpriced chaff (IMO!) for what it is.

The fact is it's a user recommendation, the same as any other. Censoring that freedom to refer positive experience is against the spirit of forum exchange, and it clearly identifies that the sAdmin have put their issues in front of the wants of their members.

Anyway... it'll be interesting to see if this is a lawnmowing break, or if I'm permanently outed. If the latter, it's pretty heavy-handed!

I wonder how Dapope was treated? He played the censorship card, which I'm sure would have gone down a treat.

Justcatching up with this lot. Surprisingly, other than a couple posts being edited, I havent had a warning in ages.

Brian is an ex prawn boat skipper but no idea if he can swim or not, but he did have a crack at barefoot skiing from a bank start behind the houseboat that he now owns. Seems the bloke that owned it was a tad unfamiliar with the control operations and selected full forward rather than reverse while Brian was attempting to secure a mooring rope. It appears he wasn't quite expecting the water ski experience so was not dressed accordingly, glasses went to the bottom and for a while it seemed his keys as well, but they were later found on the bank. Maybe wake boarding might be more his style ;)

The court system is a big farce, amazing how much tax payers $$$ is thrown away with the idiot lawyers working for the legal aid mob. Anyway back there in the morning :) Hoping that the lawyers get to do their summing up as well. Also was the op shop AGM and once again it was a well organised set up seeing George outed off the committee and "friends" of the last coo all got positions hmmmm. Anyway we now have the time to get on with our lives and let them fall on their swords. Life is for living so lets begin. :) :) :)
