Another "stuffed day" we were asked to not go into the court room as we may be needed as witnesses in regard to the tape IT produced so we waited around until 1pm (lunch break) and everyone came out, the DPP came over to us and he was fuming to say the least, he said that he may have to recall a witness and so that will once again delay the closing arguments which was supposed to have been last Monday but now it looks like it could drag on now for god knows how long depending on a lawyer meeting next Monday.. Talk about stalling for time. All you workers will have to keep digging into those pockets of yours for a time yet...So we got to come home early and another $15 parking fee.

No sooner has we sat down than the ph rang saying are you coming over sometime? I replied that we had just got home but the person (TERRY) said come over now so being a good people we did as we were ordered to. Grabbed a cooked chook, a loaf of bread and headed off to downtown Mannum where we met the newbies Grumpyian aka Ian & Bev. Greeted Ian with a hug with benefits and a normal hug for Bev and Gman did the opposite. Then we waited for Margaret & Brian to get home from their shopping trip to the big smoke, they eventually arrived in a rather sick sounding Kombi so then we headed to their abode sat around for a while and giving Ian & Bev heaps of JEEP snipes which they took in their stride and even replied with some good come backs. Eventually we got the BBQ fired up much to Gmans delight and we tucked in to the shared food. Brian has found a new friend in Ian as they talked boozey things. Time to hit the road home and here we are home at 2330hrs . Nice to meet another forum couple. Good night you lot xxx

Oh no! Looks like I missed another good night out?
We were down the creek a bit doing some filthy maintenance jobs.
Thought better of it about doing it in the marina ... better part of valor and all that stuff!
We intended being back in the marina by 6PM but it was a tad windy so we waited for it to abate a bit. (see that word Ray? ... I'm getting educated at last!)
Good to see Ian Bev met some more of the crew though.... (ought to be enough to ensure he stays clear of Mannum in future?)

Next you will be trying to convince us there is nothing wrong with jeep owners....... a rather self defeating statement as there was obviously something not quite right if they bought a Jeep in the first placemottleemob wrote:Leave us Jeep owners aloneyou may not realise we are a growing group
