Holding your grey water

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Now,
I reckon there's a line or two which could be applied here.

 Air circulated through the water does get rid of the pong before it ever getting started as it feeds oxygen into the bacteria that eat the smell producing stuff, it is the bacteria that lives in the absence of oxygen that creates the stink.

Could someone please change the topic title - I sit down, read "Holding my Grey Water" and have to get up again! :? :?

So have you vented your tank to remove the pong?

It is built into the grey water tank but not tested yet. Still have to install a grey water tank into the Mazda as we only use a screw top container at the moment as we only have sink water to collect so I guess the answer is no, but it is the same process as used in waste water treatment plants but they aerate the water by pumping it through filters and then through a big sprinkler bar that circulates over the holding tank. The water aeration is part of keeping a fish tank clean and smelling ok, the filter just removes the rubbish not the smell.

I wonder how a small aerator from a live bait tank, or fish tank, would go
Life is a trip, to be enjoyed!
