I still keep in touch with my old school mates (we left school 53 years ago) and we are starting to drop like flies now. Always a shock when you hear another one has gone.
I will never forget the advice my Dad gave me on his deathbed a couple of days before he died.... "Don't forget son, we're here for a good time...not a long time".
