Finally sent the paperwork off yesterday, it has been floating around in the Mazda since we left Mannum and kept loosing its stamps cause the tings don't stick on too well these days apparently. Looking forward to catching up with friends at the Wagga get together, a few jobs to knock over when we get back home but all slotted into the schedule as Margaret does the scheduling now seems calendars are yet another thing I have problems with these days

Just the argument against them having a case to answer in the district court. After nearly 13 yrs I can't see them giving up without fighting every inch of the way. They have already spent way more than it would have cost them to just pay me properly so having to pay me and my legal costs on top will result in some upper management pain I would think. I suppose they will now be considering the added costs to continue fighting and the possibility of keeping the figure down against the cost of making a proper offer and quitting while they are behind. I doubt they could possibly win now so it's a matter of principle verses coming clean and doing the right thing

Or start to cost them serious pain in the public and shareholders eyes. They best get their act together real quick or it will cost them big $$ in damage control on top of the $$ they have already spent based on lies spun within their own ranks. Fancy thinking the payment to QBE so early in the process wouldn't come out at some time tearing their whole case to pieces. You should have seen the looks on the barrister and the other members of their legal team when that bombshell was slide across the table to them The judge got the dirts because he wasn't in on what had caused such an upset, but once he realised just what it meant his remark was something like there is no protection against getting a surprise before my court, of course this is admissible evidence
