We have unlimited nbn fixed wireless with mate at home, $60 a month no contracts 12/1. Use amysim for phones at home 12c call and text. On the road we use jeenee which gives us 10gig all calls and texts for $40.

Fixed wireless is great, watch the footy, movies and heaps of music. Luckily where we are, not many others so the service is very reliable and constant. Got 2 houses connected through my server and everyones happy.

If only we could get the NBN fixed wireless for the houseboat!!! (dreaming)
"fixed" means the receiving customer must be at a premises. No roaming at all. Locked to one transmitting tower.
So .... no caravans, motorhomes, houseboats etc.

What do you want nbn for? it is next to useless, if you want speed then you are better getting the sniffing sort, results would be faster.
Queen of the Banal & OT chatter and proud of it. If it offends you then tough titty titty bang bang.

We only had satellite internet Dot, which is more than useless, couldn't watch anything and had so little bandwidth and expensive. The difference is amazing and well worth the money for us, Less than we paid on satellite, and unlimited.

Same with moving from telstra to amysim, saved a huge amount and not matter what they claim,we can get reception in a few places telstra won't work on the road and especially in Tas. Now we use jeenlee for internet on the road and saved even more.

Check here for all your answers... https://www.spintel.net.au/ I went to Spintel (at the time they were Comcen) when my previous provider (iiNet) could not connect me to ADSL. Price suits me. Name doesn't mean a thing to me one way or another - service is more important.
