No boxing kangaroos or fluffy cuddly wombats.

who's crack is this.jpg
Yes far too hot for Dozer and me to get the cuddles going, he was woken up for some Russians and he was not pleased, he didn't want to sign an autograph for dear old Vlad.. Then OMG the crack from the out back appeared   A good day but very too hot for the animals to come out of hiding.

Hmmm.... that split in the pants is even longer now  Dottie & George's maybe houseboat looked ok from the bits we could see, that's my arse showing out of the engine compartment. A great day, hot but not that bad, great BBQ, very nice down to earth people who care for these rescue animals and great company and yarns told. Thankyou Bruce & Wendy for the car transport there and back and Dottie & George for inviting me to see their maybe new house boat.

What is it with the roos over that way. There used to be an albino kanga at the roadhouse at Bordertown back in the 90's.
Dot, I told you that wombats are cranky little buggers.
Cheers

The white roos are still there David. This little wombat was woken up early in the afternoon and to have his photo taken by people that didn't speak to him in the language he knew. Like me I would have been cranky as well being woken from a deep sleep so early in the morning :) :)

escaped the cp and headed to "Snowtown" to see some friends we met whilst at 40ml beach WA, they went from a caravan back to a houseboat then to a house in S town so she could have her herb garden and now they tell us they may go back to a houseboat up Qld way with a mooring of their own maybe a bit of land for the green fingers to be kept happy.. We have stopped at the Lake Bumbunga" just a few ks nth of Lochiel (SA) the temp got up a bit today so after we left our friends we decided to stop and kick the genny into gear, the wind is cool but is bringing heaps of top soil so windows are closed and air con is on. Glass of plonk to polish off then tea time. Did I hear someone somewhere mention a full moon tonight? :)

Dottie,
Is this "maybe new houseboat" an addition or replacement for Strathy?
:o
(You've just spent hundreds of hours on the m/h, so I'm guessing that's not being replaced by a Wet One...) ;)
Regards & God bless,

Discovered late yesterday afternoon that it was our 12th wedding anniversary yesterday.... and it was me who noticed it and reminded Margaret :D so I wasn't in trouble for not remembering . Had a glass or 3 of good Durif (Baileys from Glenrowan so just good, not excellent like Warrabilla Durif) and David cooked up dinner for us, Mango chicken sausages and left over veggie patties.... actually a top feed, back to work today with a slightly foggy head but still happily married

Just got home (Strath) Did a total of 514ks. Now the unpacking and cleaning out the bus begins again  The birds were happy to see us again and Brian is once again making sure all is ok around the place. 2 mice caught in the traps but apart from that nothing has changed so now time to get the washing machine going.
