We bought one of those multi spray, mist and all the bits inbetween shower head on a flexable hose. It slots into an adjustable holder that slids up and down a pole, you can sort of see it in this photo
Naturally, we haven't used it yet so I can't tell you if it was a good move or not

Mine looks the same as terry's. Gives plenty of spray for us, mind you we use it like a boat shower - wet down and turn it off, lather-up and rinse off. Have no idea how much water it uses but I like it

We have the same shower system Terry - works well & once I get some personal tuition at Gentle Annie regarding posting pics here I'll be more than happy to post some of our rig.

Re: What type Of Showerhead?
Hi Dot and George,
Hope the picture shows ours.!! The shower head rotates 3 or 4 positions (different spray setting). The grey button on the handle
is great because, once you have water temp right you push button up (turns water off, not the knobs), lather up, push button down and rinse off at the same temp you started (if that makes sense). The flexible hose is much better than a fixed shower head in our opinion, helped medically. There is no brand name that I can find, sorry.

Re: What type Of Showerhead?
Very important to have a couple of clips along the hose to stop it rubbing when travelling.
