Yep,

Adrian is good.

Together we sorted though the bearing inner race spinning on the pinion landing.

I had a new race made by another mob, 2 thou thicker on the inside. (1 thou on each side). And then we pressed it back on. nice and tight and perfect.

Pretty bloody close Terry...have been fighting with these bushes for 2 days...3rd one in by lunch today but the 4th is a mongrel. No room to move and the old ones were welded in the rubber is imbedded in the sleeve. I reckon the original bushes. Finally got the 4th out now its electric wire brushes, followed by a hone...and still fighting with it...Ill get it if its the last thing I do...wifes been under the bus with me all day and were buggered...Tackle the rest in the morning and hopefully success..

Don't forget the rubber grease to make them slip in easy.

A bar of soap...soak in water ...works an absolute treat. Then when it dries it acts like glue
