Have to report they all worked perfectly using my inverter and solar.
Looks like I've joined the new revolution age.
2000 W inverter and 1020 W solar on the roof and 400A LifPo batteries

Need a tad more inverter power for that George, the battery wouldn't have a problem and I expect the 12v cabling would handle the load.... not sure about the 16 amp RCD though. No idea why you would want the jug and the coffee machine going at the same time....... maybe the breadmaker instead of the jugNewcastle George wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2017 2:54 pm All you have to do now is try them all at the same time.![]()

Why the restriction on the hairdryer? They are only 1000w on high I believe. We run the coffee machine, milk frotha, toaster and jug and even the air fryer at the same time, all from 360Ah of 7yr old batteries using W7 3000/9000 cheapie inverter. Need a bit more solar though so that is an upgrade for a later date. Gotta sort the Hino first cause the 2500w inverter has a hicky fit when we try that trick.Mickconnolly wrote: ↑Thu May 31, 2018 10:05 pm Hey there...we have the 400a/h and solar and a 2000w inverter and have the following rules...
Between toaster and microwave, one at a time.
Generator on when blow drying SHMBO hair. This also serves my desire to “turn the genie over” regularly
Diesel heater and one of the two on top. Surprising draw of power from the diesel heater!
Any/all lights on whenever you want.
Any all chargers (phone/computers/iPads/etc on whenever you want.
Fridge (240v 310l LG) on full time on top of anything else 240v. Priority over evenrthing.
TV on any time but limit microwave usage.
All really simple really!![]()
Hmmm, sounds like there is hope for me yet wiff that sorta setup... If I can get SWMBO back in the work force...pet-els wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2017 2:52 pm Just tried out my new electric jug, new toaster and new coffee espresso machine.
