The Q2 Motor Generator kit is two Quanta Chargers working together with one acting as a sine wave peak generator. Experiments include extended run time by connecting output to input to further power itself. A source of external input is required, such as solar.
Umm...... why would a motor generator require an external power source to run it? I thought the whole idea was to generate power rather than consume solar power to run the thing

This bit is interesting

Errr...
Is this some sort of 'perpetual motion' machine!
Sounds like it will eventually disappear up its own basic aperture!

I think it is being portrayed as a perpetual motion device with a PTO to generate power as a bonus. In reality if it needs solar power to run it, it appears to be an exercise in extracting hard earned $$ for the instructions on how to build a complex device to consumes solar power

It's an interesting concept, looks good, nice video and web site.
Not as good as the one I read of many decades ago. It was 3 flywheels of different sizes driving a car generator and powered by a little 6v motor, they guaranteed it would produce at least twice as much energy as it consumed and would solve the worlds energy problems.

magnets will do it, just got to work out how to intermittantly block them
You mean like an electric motor????? Ummmm...... I think it's already been done

no, like shading the sun with a bit of cardboard.
The method cannot use (much) power to shade it nor be affected by the magnetism.
Like lead sheet for example, so dense not much passes through it -but magnetism does.
Magnets need both poles to operate, thus a pretty big call.
