Exercise Yard

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Exercise Yard

Post by Greynomad »

Hey!
My physio tells me I have to exercise to help recovery from my hip surgery. I should walk as far as feels comfortable every day.
I've found a great plan for a yard I can build for my walking exercise!
Just needs a small extension on the house...

A one way trip to the wineries starting with the ones in close and building up from there, a phone home after the recovery drinks cause it would be too far to walk both ways and you should be right.... wotdayathink?

Get yourself a poddle Ray. Daily exercise guaranteed and a reminder always on hand in case you plan to squib it. :)

Has no-one enlarged the pic?
Observe the monks... They are constantly walking either up or down the same set of stairs. The track is a physical impossibility! (Like all of M.C.Esher's works.)
I'll post another one when I'm back home. (OTR at the moment.) ;)

If only Ray, if only it was that easy. The next 3 mths are scheduled to near the minute so we can fit in all the travelling and appointments etc so I doubt if I can squeeze a winery tour exercise program into the calendar
