Re: Banal .. Open to any topic on and off topics etc
Thanks Bruce and George for the info. Now all I need is where to purchase plus the appropriate safety gear of course.

I'm baaaaack
We have internet! Very happy chappies. We are absolutely buggered but happy.
It's so peaceful here, just the sounds of birds and the occasional dingo howling, the silence is deafening.
We have already checked some bores/tanks, fixed a section of fence, serviced the generator and lots of whipper snipping. They had the best season since 74 so the amount of grass is amazing.
Anyway, I'm hitting the shower, will be up at 5 to head an hour and a half to the other station to get some gear. Did I tell you I'm not a morning person?
Hope you're all travelling well.
Janelle

Had a great afternoon with Jenny & Mike, George love it when they visit because they bring cream turnovers
Just filled up the Bushman freezer with precooked meals and next is the fridge freezer to fill up. (most likely with Brian food)
Have the garden maintenance all sorted out so not much to do now. Just waiting for the rock spiders day (28th) haircuts and 2 more medical appointments and that's it for a few mths

'tanks" here---
One day to go and then "fixit" aircon day and then up-up-and away to Dysart at long last.
Only about 700 km to go to see the winter retreat and get the place operational for all of the visitors to drop-in for a WEIS BAR.
I should be on-the-road about the same time as Dot & George are leaving on their trip chasing the sun.
I have to be at Hervey Bay Caravans at 08:30 am on Monday for the work to start. I have the GPS set for 57 Old Maryborough Road, Hervey Bay so I won't get lost or take the wrong turn and end up in Gympie or Cairns.
The man said it will take around 3 hours work to remove the damaged aircon and fit then new Dometic Harrier unit. I can not stay in the van while they are working on the aircon because of OHSS or some rule. I'm not pleased with having to abandon the van with all of my personal things in it trusting that everything will still be in it when I get it back. I guess I have to trust the workers and their honesty.
I will leave Mr. Russell at Maryborough as I can't take him into the waiting area at the caravan place. No doubt he will be pissed off and fret over my absence, but there is not much I can do about it except give him an extra cuddle when I get back to him later in the day.
I'm not looking forward to sitting in a waiting room for 3 hours twiddling my thumbs and reading caravan magazines, even with free tea and coffee, but I can't walk far enough to enjoy the sighs of the Bay.
Keith.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

Stock up on WEIS BARS Keith and ask if the have a bit of room in their fridge. Then you can eat Weis Bars while watching day time television, if that doesn't numb you mind nothing will
