Wayne. why do you say about the extractor fan needing to be larger? Is it because they set them too far back?

Hi Glenda, the driver seat bolted straight onto the original pedestal, thus no turntable very very comfy to drive. Could add turntable but then have to adjust steering wheel etc $$$$$$ no need not worth it. The lounge(folds out and makes double bed reasonable for few nights) has provisions for 3 belts, but needs engineers cert etc, on list when $$$ available not priority. No 2 Navigators seat not seen in right of picture swivels from front (sight seeing/directions/ just to be near driver) to back (eat at table/watch TV). Table can drop or be removed and used with seats moved closer together to make small child's bed. No 3 navigators seat in picture has table in front for maps (crosswords, book-reader, knitting, etc.).No 1 Navigator you ask!
No not me, we have a GPS up front so at times I have 2 females telling me where to go
We didn't want to walk in the door and look up the length of bus and see a bed, that is why the kitchen is designed like it is. regards Wayne and Adele

Re: Time ForUp Dates on Members Outfits
Dot,
We have found only barely just ok with back 2 plates even on highest speed, put meat on front gas plates half the fumes miss the rangehood (always sets smoke alarm off, and yes you can joke about the cooks). Use the grill, open hatches or windows, really challenging when raining/winter freezing. One day bigger rangehood with outlet to side of bus not straight up ( curve of roof etc, parking angle water down extractor during very heavy rain, not a lot but hay motor/power+ water = trouble).
Yes I know if brought forward you may bang head/ but in this case to small for 4 burner cooktop.
Hope this may help new projects.

My thoughts were for a household extractor fan BUT HWKB listened to the "salesperson" Interesting point re the top V side outlet and the weather...Hey I make NO comments about cooks as I'm in the company of some of the worlds worst

Ah But Dot, As Adele has found out to cook a great steak you need heat!, to low,it stews. Well for me anyway
To grill up some nice pork ribs (crackling) in griller- heat = some smoke and fumes. To sit side on (on lounge) and have rangehood fan on full and watch a major % of smoke/fumes + steam rise to the roof. I know I have A PROBLEM!!! (all jokes a side
as he sprints to the back of home to take battery out of smoke detector, throws battery on bed to be put back in latter. How many times has stupid (Wayne
) found the battery hours/day later). I Know no problem for some, but in a small area like ours
. Dot & George now is your chance to cook up a storm and change or add if needed.
Also try cooking/boiling, and pretending it has been raining for X days and see how you may need to make adjustments for hatches, fans etc.
Years ago I thought a post like this would be ridiculous
but now I wish I had read one or asked.

Just might do that in the next day or two to "prove a point"
Maybe that's another reason to get a BBQ ?? .. Maybe not tomorrow though, reckon it's time to go and watch the boys in lycra do battle up the Willunga hill seeing it's much cooler..

Hi.... Interesting about the you Extractor fan Wayne, I have the same problem with mine may as well not have one for the little that it does steams the whole van up, and that like you sets the smoke alarm off if the BOSS every gets around to it we are going to pull it out and have a look see to what can to done, I try and do most of my cooking outside, but as you know when its wet or blowing gale its a bit hard. If you find an answer would love to know.
Cheers Ros.

Sorry Dot thought you had gone to bed!(and count the boys in lycra). BBQ love them, but my thoughts are when the weather or circumstances have forced you to cook inside. Have a great day tomorrow (QLD) today dstime.

Enjoyed the boys in Lycra yesterday, and really looking forward to the old Willunga hill today, we (me really) love the bike racing.
Our smoke detector goes off even when we are boiling water, have taken it out of the kitchen and mounted it in bathroom area between kitchen and bedroom.
We'll give G a go on the baby Q when we get there Dot, how would you like him, medium rare or well done?

Re: Time ForUp Dates on Members Outfits
I reckon the problem is mostly because they don't go far enough over the cook tops i.e set too far back..
