Hey Lance-a-lot,remember my lawn mowing holiday for using the word "twat"
Sitting here still waiting for replies so looking around in the dining room there is a galah sitting on top of its cage, to add to the atmosphere the poor thing needs some attention to its cloaca (BUM) seems no one looks there? poor thing is living in a mess and poop all over the floor. Oh well this is the outback and as usual humans don't give a rats bum.. Time is up so guess this is the end of todays banal. Who won the Tennis????

Dot, Federer won again. Apparently it was a straight set job. Terrie reckons the guy that came second started to do a ' I have a sore foot' but not that convincing after it became obvious that Fed had his measure. I don't know cos I was snoring my head off. A couple of nice reds and I get a great nights sleep. The cook was in the M/home when I got up at 5.30, she was happy for Fed, but not real happy with me.
Cheers

You need one of those huffer-puffer machines for the snoring and you can put the glasses of red in the humidifier tray so you aren't tempted to take it off halfway through the night
Margaret is having issues with her huffer-puffer in the cold weather, much the same as Cuppa was having at Taggerty, the breath condensing in the mask and raining on her when she rolls over/. we have purchased the heated hose that stops the condensation problem but Margaret can't handle the warm air.... a catch 22. Maybe honey bourbon in the humidifier would make the rain effect a little more tolerable, maybe even a straw so the condensed bourbon could be consumed in her sleep ;) 8-) By the way, it makes no difference if the humidifier is attached to the huffer - puffer or not so it is not a problem caused by the humidifier adding water to the air stream, we tried that one with no success.

Chris had the same problem, but we managed to overcome it by placing the machine on the floor beside the bed.
That way the condensation doesn't rise far enough to get to the mask.
She does usually turn it once during the night for a pit stop, so that might help too.

I thought of adding a few drain hoses to the corners of the over nose mask, the recent addition, didn't seem to have the issues with the nasal plug mask but Margaret couldn't handle the plugs up the nose thing after a while. She hasn't tried it since the break - in to the control code so the air flow could be reduced, might suggest that tonight.... but I'll make sure the electric blanket is on and plenty of blanket on the bed in the spare room :?
