Yeah can't get too active what with the arthritis, hip replacements, knee replacements, old boob implants, bladder slings, prostate dribbles, leg cramps and so it goes. Oh to be young and supple again, just thought of the pretzel man all tied in knots..

Games haven't started yet Terry. Just when you think all's well with the world I have hit another snag . The wedge between the axle shaft and the harmonic balancer is still there . My manual talks off special tools but doesn't show any ,
I would think looking at it has a thread which turns on with a centre screw pusher thingy draws it out . I have tried grinding down a normal puller but as yet not good enough to gip ..
Bernie .
Better view of the wedge in the second shot its the shiny bit around the outside of the crank shaft .

Looks loose on the shaft, might it just come off with the timing cover?

Optical elusion Bernie its as tight as .
Plus its a wedge so pulling the balancer off would tighten it .
