Big travel Dot. We are packed up and leaving for Shoal Bay in the morning. After a long weekend with our jayco mob, on Monday we will start to head for Lightning Ridge, where we have an opal festival to do our magic act at. I will turn glass into petrol money, or something like that!
Good luck with Alice Springs... the women's hall of fame in the old goal is worth the visit.

Did a quick trip to Aldi today, wanted some bits for my fake dremel...happy shopper.
We are so close to the beach that I can hear the waves crashing on the shore tonight. It is obviously windy, but it is also frozen.

Looks like I have beaten you all back here tonight. We had a roast dinner lunch at the local RSL and are totally stuffed. We each were given a platter with half a chook and a mountain of veggies to eat. He had to finish mine and there is still no room for more food, hence no dinner here tonight. Tomorrow we start ton our longer trip. We are on the road to Lightning Ridge, but have no idea where we will stop for Monday night or even if we will have reception. So have fun you lot and sleep well.
