Google is my friend! Erich wants to do the Waterfall Way on our trip down to Whitfield. I'm a bit nervous about it. Any suggestions? I'd rather go up than down. Bugger, now I have to find another photo that's not on the blog.

Unless you have great brakes, go up rather than down  but then there is bugger all to see from Armidale down on the New England... then again, maybe not, if you've never been down through that way there are some great little towns going down that way. If you have plenty of time, the Putty Rd from Singleton to Windsor has some nice spots along it as well.

Thanks for that info, guys. We will check it out. How would you compare it to Cunningham's Gap or the Blackbutt Range, both of which we have done numerous times?

Looks like the Redcliffe end of the Houghton Highway. Definately not taken today. If it is my Mum walked across the original Hornibrook Highway the day it opened.
