Cold and snowing here today, only light snow but lots of hail and sleet. The suns has come out yet it is lightly snowing, looks great. Dogs are all curled up beside the fire.

Another great morning, brilliant blue sky, to the south at least. Now that we are home we are awaiting the arrival, this afternoon, of a Japanese Homestay student who will be with us for the next 5 weeks. He is here to take an English course at Newcastle Uni and as our son Sean is the same age and also going to Uni things should work out well.
