Water on tiled floor

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Water on tiled floor

Post by Macca »

This morning was walking from kitchen to lounge, cup of tea, library book & phone in hands as well as nearly dark. Next thing I knew I was on the floor on my bad knee, cup still half full! Was down before even had a chance to use hands to save myself. While this is going on with me cursing he sleeps on regardless! When he finally got out of bed & saw towels on floor asked if I had spilt a bottle of water- Ugh. Pulle it out, hoses look fine considering had been unused for about 4 years, and it has been going OK since we moved home in April. Called Aske repairer, be here by 12md to-day. Cost we are rather happy about. Yes it is a lot but to be expected & is is not as bad as many. $195 for call out fee and time no matter long he is here - parts extra narutally. Most charge call out fee then a rate per hour or part there after.

Ouch, could have been worse and gone over backwards cracking your skull on the tiles, but the knee doesn't believe such things every time you try to move it eh

That's no good, hope you didn't hurt yourself too badly.

Dishwasher repair man was here by 12.30 and replaced the outlet hose which had a 2" break where it was attached to dishwasher
