As requested, here is a layout design for my Motorhome, pretty much a standard layout so no copyright there.
This drawing was done back in 2012, when it was all just an idea. Not much has changed, in fact detail only where cupboards and drawers are concerned. What is not shown is the coaches in the slide room and opposite and a dinette between the slide room and the kitchen bench.

Re: Coach layout
Have you made the drawers under the bed yet? We planned to go that way until we actually built the bed, then we realised the limitations opening the drawers, so we made the bed lift up instead. That now requires pneumatic rams cause the gas lift struts don't have a hope of lifting the latex mattress, that wasn't part of the original plan but it's so comfortable it just had to go in the bus.
Our set up is very similar but with the walkway on the drivers side and the toilet/vanity switched around.
I had clever ideas of making the steps outside as a slide out section so we could have a completely flat floor...... then they changed the rules and you can't have a doorway without steps automatically being available as soon as the door is open. All to do with fire escape so understandable but adds a serious hurdle that I need to design around. Now you know why the new semis have steps that swing out when the door opens

The drawers idea has changed a little, still planning draws which open towards the side and dropped the two at the end. Same as you, going with a lift up bed, we have some linear actuators to lift the bed for me. I need access from unde the bed to the engine through some already existing hatches for access to the turbo etc. I have decided that I will install a demountable floor over the stairs so that there is no chance of someone moving around in the bus being hurled down the stair pit.
The arrangement in the bathroom has changed as well and the vanity will not be as large as the drawing shows. I am putting the shower cubicle against the side wall as the grey water tank is directly below it. And the toilet will be over the old aisle which is convenient because the vacuum line runs down the old aisle down to the black water tank which is installed where one of the spare wheels was stored beside the fuel tank.

Re: Coach layout
We built our fit out from cardboard boxes gaffer taped together so we could get a feel for layout and just what went where and what size. Once we were happy with the sizes etc, we used that to measure up the stuff we had to build, certainly made that a whole lot easier and there were no surprises after it was built like it didn't work the way it did on the graph paper

I have laid out the plan on the floor with tape and walked it all but the cardboard is a great idea.

I tried a white marker first, but her indoors found that more difficult to picture than the tape

That's great. Do you mind me asking, is there a Mrs Bolly? If so, she will be well pleased with all the storage and the big bathroom I'm sure.
