Re the OP:
"Product Notes
This unit is not compatible to 6-tire RV, truck, trailer with a longer body."
Besides, even if it was compatible, Girt did not come with a ciggie lighter... had to install a four-holer (passenger side) for the phone chargers, camera battery charger, etc. & a separate one alongside the driver to power the GPS.

"In theory, everything works." :D

Vik,
If I buy a TPMS, (a highly likely event) it will have to monitor Girt's (m/h, see avatar -->) two fronts, four rears and the two on the trailer. Total: eight tyres on the road to monitor.
We've already experienced a front blowout on Girt  (sidewall spiked on a branch), and destroyed both a tyre & rim on the trailer :o (simultaneously, because we couldn't feel the problem with such a light load out behind --- 1.3t total behind 9t of m/h)... Don't want to go through that a second time, hence trailer included.
I might even go the whole hog and buy a separate TPMS for Jim the Junior Jeep! (toad, also see avatar-->) :D
:? We have a list of repairs/upgrades/wishlist for when we return from our present trip... and it's growing daily...

"tanks" here---
Check these out on ebay-- CAREUD Car Truck Wireless TPMS Tyre Tire Pressure Monitor System + 6 Sensors AU for around $180.
1 set for the motorhome (6 tyres) and then another additional unit for the trailer and the toad (6 wheels) and you are all set to cover both vehicles.
Keith.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

We have got TPMS from Safety Dave. Does our 10 tyres and has alerted me once when a right hand steer tyre was quickly on the way down. About $560 and great service :D

Wonder if this fella is gunna get some now...???

Ken Tame are awesome....NOT.
We have been sitting on the side of the Highway in beerwah cos I got a flat. After realising I have somehow forgotten to load my jack. Found my roadside assistance card and called them. They sent someone out and he said he couldn't change it cos it's too big and he doesn't have the tools. WTF I called them back and apparently we aren't covered for roadside help. It's now been over 2hrs in the heat on the side of the road with trucks cranking past and a 4month old screening baby. They now tell me I need to have it towed. Has anyone experienced this crap
