Behind the bowling grounds. Huge area with lovely shade trees, council man comes daily $5 for the first 3 days then $5 pr day. Clean amenities and also potable water. Cheap at that

Hi Dot, yes a nice town we were even supplied fire wood when we were there 2 years ago. Have you found out how the town was named? Also interesting military museum built around a Canberra bomber. Marty

Yes the towns name is known by the statue in the main street. Pity the museum don't have seniors rates either. G man was even offered a job at the post office
