New radiator and chargeair system for swagman installed. Not cheap as it was all custom made. But done now. Turbo works properly, and cooling fan no longer motheaten.
Had it back 48 hrs and off to upholsterer. Sorted auto fluid leak myself after mechanic couldnt figure out loose bolt was actually an expanding plug.

Designed to precool the turbo air...its supposed to be airtight. Ours was stone battered The cooling fan blades were well on the way to disintegrating. Radiator core was pretty sad. Last time we brought it back from Northern WA it ran hot and was loosing coolant. That was straight after a flush.
We have been back a month, but busy sorting stuff out Dot. ThecSwagman leaked while we were away, but think I have it now. I should have brought some eternabond tape. Its not so expensive as it is on ebay.
Once the seats are done, we will redo the floor...
