Oil change to onan and engine, greased, max air vents installed, wheel covers checked for size, started on the process of removing wheel dress covers and reinstalling correctly. A certain business in Karratha wont be getting any more of our business. The pajero sits well on the trailer, but needs to be backed on due to otherwise being too light on towball

Todays wish list is to finish the couple of extra 12v wiring bits and then finish weighing all the gear. Was 50k over at the last weigh in, easy to fix if I drop our 60l of water but we mostly freedom camp.

Martin (Dapope) wouldn't the Paj be heavier up the front? I'm guessing you have a water bladder in the boot of it or something?
I have the same problem with my 'little boat' trailer. The keel rollers have the last roller up the bow end higher than the rest so I'll need to cut it off & move it forward 18" or so. If I just winch it the extra 18" it'll be only sitting on the two rollers each end.
Easy to lift with one finger though!!! 8-) ;)

I thought so too, but apparently not when its backed on, the bulk of the wheelbase sits forward of the wheels. The bladder is empty, fuel tank full, and I had 30l oil in the back, which will be close to the weight of the stuff we will be carrying.
I am not overkeen on filling the pajero with stuff as we will be close to max on the trailer anyway.
