Replaced the sacrificial anode today. Think its been about 18 months since I last checked it so yes it was well overdue. Cleaned the crud out of the hot water tank. Was well full.

Poor Robyn, I was offered a coil spring yrs back but they had a high failure rate.

Fitted the under bench air conditioner under the bed. The unit fits neatly under the bed and can be easily removed if necessary. This is a Denso unit, it draws air from under the floor to Cool the condenser and then blows it back under floor level. The unit draws air for the evaporator from the bedroom, cools it and blows it through a duct up to a diffuser which will be mounted under the overhead cupboards above the bed. I am also putting in a couple of face type vents so I can direct air flow as needed.
Who said it would never go?

Finally left around 1230 today. 300k today up the great northern highway. Parked at Jibberdine Rocks, unfortunately its a tip, and smells of human faeces.
Trailer sorted and travelling well.
