Next, we're off to Darwin on 10 Dec, but this time without Girt or Jim the Junior Jeep...
We're booked on The Ghan.
It's a two-parter:
1. To celebrate my next Significant Birthday (which ends with a zero);
2. As a 'Thankyou' to SWMBO for unswerving support over the past 23 years I have been battling The Big C.
I was declared In Remission in January 2016, but we've had lots on our plate for the intervening period. So we decided to combine the Thankyou with a birthday trip, as I don't want a party...
That would put too much onto SWMBO, cooking, preparing house & lots of other stuff.
