K Pod campers

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Hi Dot,
I had a fantastic sleep, I am staying at a friends house and using his shed to check everything is good to go on the trailer before heading north. But I will be testing the pod out tomorrow.

"tanks" here Craig,
The beer is cold or the Jim Beam is plentyfull , plenty of WEIS BARS in the freezer.
The Xmas lights were turned on tonight. Let me know when you will be here so as I can cook the turkey.
You will be the first of the Forum to try out the ramps and landing.
I Like the teardrop---will the Harley pull it ? I have a mile of RED & WHITE reflective tape if you want to make it stand out at nighttime. Safe travel mate---watch out for the turkeys !!
Keith.

I plan to have another birthday next year.

No problem Keith, I will be stopping in Brisbane for a week to help my folks out around the house doing the jobs they can't do anymore. I will give you a shout out when I get up there.

Craig wrote: Tue Dec 05, 2017 10:44 pm Well I took the plunge and bought the k pod. Drove from Cairns to Melbourne and picked it up today. Now for the slow drive back. Great little camper and tows well with the jimny.
Not sure if I'd need to sleep with my head in the top bubble and feet in the bubble near the drawbar, or the head in the drawbar bubble and the legs straight up so the feet rest in the roof bubble :? I wasn't actually designed to tuck my ankles around my ears so I doubt if I could sleep longways in it

Finally made it to Sydney today. I have been in Canberra for a couple of days as I had to replace the radiator in the jimny. She was doing it tough through the hills. All sorted and back to heading north. I will get to posting some pics soon Dot.

Also the Canadian site is a beauty. Easily fit the big fella in, they even have a loo and shower.
