Well Steve, it is sort of the time of year when us ladies get the Christmas baking jobs to do. Our small Aldi did have sultans and raisins, just no glace cherries or mixed fruits. It's ok, Mr Coles loves us too.

Dot, I am definitely not a domestic goddess, but sometimes, I do weaken and try to make the place look a bit betterer.

Today, the baking started in earnest. I think that about halfway is a good start for a day. Tomorrow I will finish the rest of the biscuits. I have packaged today's creations , all ready for giving as thank you pressies to many peoples, so it's a really satisfying task.

Now I am stuffed, so goodnight all n sundry xxx

Finished the Christmas biscuit baking today. Tidied all the crap away and made the house back to respectable and now I really need some ugly sleep.

I am just back from spending the night at a Christmas party for our local Progress group. Very good night was had by all. While working towards improving our community, this is such a friendly happy group. So another year of our political campaigning for better roads, parks, garbos is all finished.
Partying is so exhausting,'
