Hi Keith,
YES! The Ghan was definitely worth the money!
Great scenery, friendly & helpful staff, and 😜ALL drinks on board included in fare. No limit.
Small but perfectly formed cabin with en suite (for doubles). Bunk beds, so no chance of hanky panky. ESPECIALLY the panky! 😝🙄
Only stayed overnight in Darwin — 2130hrs: 35deg & 60% humidity!😳
Flew back to Adelaide, drove to Lyndoch in the Barossa Valley for a birthday🍷 tour. 😜😄
Then flew back to Melbourne for the drive home.
