Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning all. YOu all seem tohave had a family Day of fum. We were at daughter's iin Bris for Christmas Eve. Early brekky (6am) Christmas morning then home to our own company for the day. Daughter's girls were collected 8am to fly to France with their father for his wedding & daughter going to her friend's family for lunch & to meet all his family. Son arrived home about back about 6pm & just gone to collect his children this afternoon for his 3 weeks holiday. our lunch was paw paw & yohurt for me and strawberries, cream icing sugar & ice cream for him. Good feef of veges last night.
Now going to spend a $100 vouvher from Bunnings and a $200 voucher from Anaconda, 2 new campng chairs from there and a double cartridge gas burner from Bunnings.

Helen

Try a nice warm hot bath with epsom bath salts.

Regularly get out and give the leg a good stroking massage with a nice massage oil.(sitting on a little stool with the leg sort of stretched but with the muscle 'floppy'.)

Drop back in the bath for another 5-10 minute soak while massaging the leg. Repeat 4-5 times.

Music and wine won't help the leg but makes it more enjoyable.

good luck, jd

And remember to have a spunky male stranger to do the massaging.. Jon they don't have a bath in their caravan. Helen I told you to get that Iliopsoas Muscle seen to... naughty girl you are. Contact AJ she will let you know if there is anyone near you to go and see she may have trained someone over there..

bugga, maybe find the local tip,
get an old bath and put a fire underneath it!

An osteopath can do wonders too..... found my problem in 10 minutes; refered me to a physio to work on the core. 4 - 1hr sessions and fixed. 3 years of chiro never worked.
