Wife also purchase some magnesium and MSM cream from the same joint. I have been suffering badly from Achilles inflammation which is something there is not much cure for. Bloody painful as anyone that has ever suffered from it can attest.
Used twice last night and again this morning, still only the one dose of oral MSM so far, but pain level in heel is down by 90%, all this is just a few hours.
Might just have found the fountain of youth !

Distilled, and yes it seems that good.
However it seems that alcohol very effectively negates it. Got on the piss with son and dil last 2 nights before putting them on a plane to Japan this morning (yeah I know but the flights are soooo cheap on Xmas day) and back to square one.
So, a couple of dry days and we will see what happens.

Re: Any MSM users here ?
Not completely dry days, couple of 3 stubby days.
Today the sparky wanted to finalise a few things before he went on holidays. With a contract on the business being signed next week I need all the elec stuff to be up to scratch.
I did over 8 hours on my feet, no knee pain at all, heel pain at about 20% of what it has been. Ladders, the lot.
They say you have to wait about 2 weeks before this stuff kicks in, not my experience though.
Been using the MSM and magnesium direct to knee and heel as well as 5 grams orally a couple of times a day.
To say the difference is extrordinary would be the understatement of the century.
A couple of days ago I would have broken down by lunch time.
Bloody amazing stuff, you can't have too much, if you do you tend to poop a lot.
Energy levels are way up as well.
Yup, elixer of youth, no doubt about that.
Do yourself a favour, go buy some.

Re: Any MSM users here ?
Yep brought a book by a couple of MD's been using this stuff for quite a while, they reduce or eliminate most drugs their patients are using.
They suggest you buy the book and give it to your doc if you are going to run it past him/her as otherwise they will probably have no idea......
Good for book sales I guess but there is a lot of education in there. Nope, no eye of needle stuff, maybe just pushes it through faster, added benefit is weight loss but maybe that comes about from having so much more energy and being able to do more physical stuff.
Works for me.............

Re: Any MSM users here ?
I've just ordered the distilled powder and the magnesium gel so hopefully I'll have similar success to you William.
If it works for me I'll be getting a batch for my son who also has issues with ankles, knees and hips.
Thanks for the info

I was hoping it was a magic bullet for my serious dermatitis but, after a lot of reading, apparently not.
