I have found that the water ingress has caused more damage than first thought. Fixable but with considerable effort, I may have to get my son to give me a quote so that i can put in an insurance claim. :( :(

I just had a visit from a Ken Tame Insurance assessor who told me that in his mind there is a couple of thousand dollars worth of damage. I have tracked down the last two available boxes (50/box) of identical cork tiles worth $440 per box.

Wow that cork sure has got expensive George, used to be cheap, but that was when I was a kitten.
