Not good morning t0-day. Again totally useless as far a hands concerned! all of a sudden yesterday pain started so he had to get our meal last night which was BBon toast - fortunately we had a main meal at lunch. Not a lot of sleep with the pain and codein pills useless. Mouse & typing with left index finger. Got 31st appt with Rheumatologist . was going to help Brucepolish van today but that not happening, by me anyway.
Time is passing too quickly so live life to the full with your spouse/partner while you still have she/he by your side.

If it's your 31st appointment with the same rheumatologist I'd say it is time to give him/her the flick.
