Hi Greg, that would now come under Workers Comp and that is virtually non existent now, even total deafness is borderline as a disability in their eyes because it doesn't stop deaf people from working.

A note to all, do not get injured in NSW, life as you once knew it will be at an end and compensation isn't likely to even cover the medical bills and the opinion of the well paid Workers compensation commission and/or the Motor Vehicle accident commission can not be challenged in court and as the final word for all tribunal and court appearances and any attempt to get a disability pension
